Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI and play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the store operations at their best. As a Store Associate, you will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Help in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
