Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling
• Understanding of company policies and procedures
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
