Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a positive store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, merchandise displays are appealing, and the store is kept clean.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
