Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare's Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare and compassionate everyday assistance to our patients and residents. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and therapists, you will contribute to positive clinical outcomes, patient care assessments, and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient nursing care to patients and residents.
• Assess patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Preference for experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
