We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As part of our healthcare services, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
