Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for ALL SHIFTS at Pheasant Wood with new wages, shift differentials, and outstanding benefits including tuition assistance. As an LPN under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver efficient nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care assessments and planning.
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure from the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center.
