Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and observe conditions
- Contribute to assessments and care planning
- Administer medications as per orders
- Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
- Current or pending LPN licensure
