Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Assistant to join Aldi's administrative team. In this role, you will provide crucial support to the Director Operations, District Managers, and store personnel to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate information between leadership, peers, and store personnel.
  • Create reports for management decision-making.
  • Address operational customer complaints promptly.
  • Provide office support and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system and report irregularities.
  • Conduct training and act as a backup assistant when needed.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Job-specific Competencies

If you have a high school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of relevant experience, along with exceptional organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills, you are the perfect fit for this role. The ability to multitask, work independently or in a team, and adhere to company policies is essential.
