Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional service. Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leadership.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Cashiers: Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional service.
• Stockers: Rotate and organize products, follow planograms, and operate machinery safely.
• Physical Demands: Requires standing, bending, lifting, and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and perform cleaning duties.
• Good verbal communication skills and effective time management.
• Cashiers: Proficient in operating a cash register.
• Stocker: Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
