Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments of patients' medical conditions and functional capabilities.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation plans to enhance patients' potential for recovery.
• Document patient progress accurately using our EMR system.

Physical Therapist Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy license in New York.
• Proficient in EMR documentation, experience with Hello Note preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
