Physical Therapist ($70-$90/hr)

Paradigm Rehab is currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our compassionate team. Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Proficient in conducting home visit Physical Therapy assessments.
• Experience with EMR documentation (experience with Hello Note is a plus).
• Possess valid CPR Certification.
