Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Proficiency in conducting home visit assessments and providing direct patient care.
• Experience in EMR documentation is preferred but not required.
• CPR Certification.
