Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of referred patients to evaluate medical conditions and functional capabilities.
• Provide direct patient care to enhance rehabilitation potential.
• Utilize EMR documentation for accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain CPR Certification.

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license in New York.
• Demonstrate proficiency in EMR documentation.
• Possess CPR Certification.
