• Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments.

• Proficient in EMR documentation.
• Maintain an unencumbered Physical Therapy license for New York.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited PT college or university.
• Experience in CPR Certification.
• Ability to relocate to Brooklyn.
