Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct in-home Physical Therapy assessments, providing direct patient care and evaluating medical conditions and rehabilitation potential.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.
• Hold CPR Certification.
