Paradigm Rehab is currently seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Therapist to join our compassionate team. As a Rehabilitation Therapist, you will have the rewarding opportunity to help individuals reconnect with their environment and enhance their quality of life. Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments to evaluate medical conditions, functional capabilities, and rehabilitation potential.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation; experience with Hello Note is a plus.
• CPR Certification.
