Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Providing outstanding customer service and assisting shoppers.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with management.
• Monitoring inventory accuracy and following cash procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
