Job Description

Join ALDI as a Part-Time Stocker and Cashier, where you will work in a collaborative team environment to enhance the customer shopping experience. As a Stocker, you will ensure shelves are well-stocked and merchandise is displayed neatly. Cashiers handle customer purchases, provide exceptional service, and assist in maintaining store operations. Both roles involve upholding security measures, following safety procedures, and communicating effectively with team members and management.

Responsibilities

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and rotate products for freshness.
• Follow merchandising guidelines for attractive displays.
• Organize inventory and operate machinery safely.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean register area.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and assist in store inventory.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma preferred.
