Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our team at Aldi. As a Stocker/Cashier, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience to our customers. Whether you are stocking shelves, operating machinery, assisting customers at the cash register, or maintaining store cleanliness, your contributions are essential to our daily operations.
Responsibilities
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases with accuracy and efficiency.
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays in an organized manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves with fresh products and rotate merchandise effectively.
- Follow merchandising guidelines to create attractive displays.
- Operate machinery safely and adhere to all safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of retail products and services.
- Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous work experience in retail is a plus.
