Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cashiering, general cleaning, and stocking duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
