Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks, including cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and operational tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
