Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and stock shelves with merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
