Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional service, and working collaboratively with the Aldi team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide top-notch customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment safely and properly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
