Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, follow guidelines for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and assist customers in their shopping experience.
• Work with the team to communicate effectively and report any issues to management.
• Operate cash register, follow company policies, and assist in taking store inventory.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous service.
• Operate equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
