Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Proficient in operating store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
