Job Description
As a Store Operations Assistant at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visits.
- Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues to store management.
- Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to cash handling procedures.
- Comply with company policies, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness according to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Aptitude for working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Adherence to state and local regulations concerning alcohol sales.
