Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of the team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's overall appearance to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Contribute feedback on products and operational aspects
• Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to cash handling procedures
• Follow company policies, maintain document security, and uphold confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Capable of following company procedures and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in multitasking
• Fulfill state requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail is advantageous
