Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store, ensuring a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays with precision.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Provide valuable feedback on products and inventory management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies, ensuring document security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Handle equipment safely and proficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures meticulously.
• Possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
