Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment. As part of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues, manage inventory, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Ensure a clean and organized store layout.
• Process customer purchases and assist with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
