Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI. As a key part of the team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By working collaboratively and providing exceptional customer service, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a neat store appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and store issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
