Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store's success by handling various responsibilities such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your commitment to providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team will contribute to a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store operations
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to ensure store security
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Prior retail work experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting
