Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to ensure minimal losses.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
