Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Offer top-notch customer service and assist shoppers as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
