Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain cleanliness by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and following company policies.
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
