Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing top-notch customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with store management and provide feedback on products.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
