Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately.
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
