Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• General cleaning and organization skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
