Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and provides top-notch service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Assist in inventory management and store maintenance tasks
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
