Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and loading merchandise efficiently to fulfill store orders. Your responsibilities will include relocating merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating with team members and leadership to improve processes. If you are detail-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team, and can operate powered industrial equipment safely, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock effectively to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise for shipment preparation and incoming deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and provide input to improve processes.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to collaborate with peers and leadership.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
