Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network team. As an RN, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, assess their health needs, and develop and implement nursing care plans. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care based on the nursing plan of care.
• Collaborate with medical teams to assess patient conditions and develop care plans.
• Prepare patients and families for continuing care during transitions.
• Possibility to take charge in operational roles when needed.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or willing to obtain as per offer terms.
• Experience in Pediatric Infusion, chemo certification preferred.
• Skills in central line care, IV placement, and chemotherapy.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
