Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sterile Processing Tech to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As an integral member of the OR, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sterilization of surgical instruments and patient care equipment.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments.
• Provide excellent customer service and actively participate in quality improvement.
• Document sterilization processes accurately and report any issues.
• Participate in receiving and reprocessing loaner and consignment sets.
• May serve as a preceptor to new staff or OR cross-trainees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preferred certification: CRCST, CSPDT, or CST.
