Hiring Local City Driver / Forklift Operator, Full-time

Job Description

We are looking for a Local City Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team at ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, in Brooklyn, NY. As part of one of the largest LTL carriers in the country, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo to various destinations, loading and unloading trailers, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

General Description of Duties

- Pickup and delivery of cargo within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center. - Loading and unloading trailers following standard procedures. - Actual duties and schedule may vary by terminal location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience.
• Class-A CDL with required endorsements.
• Good work record and safe driving history.
• Ability to pass DOT requirements.
