1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. This role offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load merchandise for shipment, and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements through general cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report quality, safety, and sanitation issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise for deliveries, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
