1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI team. As a vital part of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards through cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt positively, and drive for success.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
