Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. This full-time position offers competitive wages and benefits, including various schedules to accommodate work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt to change, and work efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate equipment safely.
