1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This position offers competitive wages starting at up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule. The role involves selecting and receiving stock, relocating merchandise throughout the warehouse, preparing products for shipment, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and report concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
