Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient fulfillment of store orders and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Assist in warehouse inventory counts and maintenance.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with basic arithmetic and warehouse operations a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
- Flexible to work in varying temperatures and physically demanding tasks.
