1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. This role involves working up to 35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour. The shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and assist in process improvement.
• Perform tasks within company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaborates effectively, displays positive attitude and resilience, drives for success, and organizes work efficiently.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and physical movements.
