1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and leadership to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
