Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse standards, and supporting the overall operations of the facility. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements and warehouse goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
